At PRIME PROSPERA, we prioritize seamless hospitality and real estate experiences. Our policies are designed to protect both our guests and property owners while ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Guest Policies

Dispute Resolution
○ For billing discrepancies or disputes, please reach out within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve all concerns promptly.

Booking Confirmation
○ All bookings must be confirmed through the PRIME PROSPERA platform.
○ Guests will receive a confirmation email or SMS with booking details upon successful payment.

Check-In/Check-Out
○ Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
○ Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
○ Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability, with additional fees.

Identification & Verification
○ Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
○ Guests may be required to complete a brief verification process for security purposes.

Cancellations & Refunds
○ Cancellation policies may vary depending on the listing. Guests must review specific cancellation terms before booking.
○ Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
○ Non-refundable bookings or late cancellations may incur full charges.

Conduct & Property Use
○ Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect for the property and neighbors.
○ Parties, illegal activities, or property misuse are strictly prohibited.
○ Damages or violations may result in additional charges or legal actions.

Pets & Smoking
○ Pet and smoking policies are defined per property. Guests must check the listing description or contact support prior to booking.

Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

○ Bank Transfers
○ Local Payment Gateways (Flutterwave, Paystack)

Pricing & Fees
○ All prices listed include VAT and service fees unless otherwise stated.
○ Booking commissions:
■ Property Rentals: 10%
■ Serviced Apartments: 10%
■ Hotel Bookings: 12%
■ Short-let Bookings: 10%

Security Deposit
○ Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. This will be indicated at checkout and refunded after a satisfactory inspection post-checkout.

Subscription & Add-on Services
○ Guests and clients accessing premium features (e.g., featured listings, ad boosts) will be charged based on selected plans or add-ons.
