- Standard Damage Protection (Included)
● Coverage: Minor accidental damage up to ₦25,000.
● Cost: Free (included with all bookings).
● Conditions:
○ Covers incidents like broken dishes, minor wall marks, or stained linens.
○ Damage must be reported within 24 hours of check-out.
○ Not applicable to intentional damage or gross negligence. - Premium Damage Waiver (Optional)
● Coverage: Up to ₦150,000 in accidental damages.
● Cost: ₦5,000 per booking.
● Benefits:
○ Peace of mind for guests and property owners.
○ Covers furniture damage, broken fixtures, or appliance issues.
○ Priority resolution and support. - Security Deposit (Host-Set Option)
● Amount: Set by property owners (typically ₦20,000 – ₦100,000).
● Process:
○ Collected at the time of booking or check-in.
○ Refunded within 3–7 days after check-out if no damages are found.
● Ideal for: High-value properties, long stays, or properties with premium furnishings. - Owner-Reported Damages
● Property owners can report unclaimed or post-checkout damages within 48 hours.
